Chris Schiro, General Manager of Building Automation Solutions, literally grew up in the mechanical services industry. Following in his father’s footsteps who was one of the first employees and the lead technician at Southwest Town Mechanical, now PremiStar. Shown here next to a decommissioned 1960s control room system that was recently upgraded to a modern DDC system, Chris has had a front seat view of the evolution from analog to digital technologies that have transformed the building controls industry. With nearly three decades of experience, Chris began his career as an HVAC technician and has become an industry-leading expert in the design, engineering, integration, installation, service, and support for building controls solutions.
